Some sessions are made for golden hour and blue skies. This one was made for rain boots, cozy sweaters, and a family who showed up ready to make memories.

When the clouds rolled in on session day, we leaned into it. Truth be told, it’s hard to reschedule a family session - you are so dang busy! But best family portraits aren't made from perfect lighting and dry pavement. They're the ones full of real laughter, huddled-together warmth, and a few unplanned puddle jumps.
